Kris Avery is a valued expert in real estate.  With 20 years of experience specializing in new development on-site sales plus leasing, project management, marketing and resales. Kris is known for her masterful negotiating skills and crafting win-win deals. 

Kris has led sales and marketing efforts for many prestigious Manhattan and Brooklyn new developments including One Madison Park, Oosten, The Charles by David Collins, Steiner East Village, and The Edge.

As a Director of Sales and Leasing in Connecticut, Kris oversaw new developments as well as a mansion portfolio in Back-Country Greenwich.

As a Director of Sales and Marketing in Westchester, New York, Kris spearheaded new home sales and marketing efforts at the Westchester Ritz-Carlton developments. Working closely with developers on pre-development planning, floor plan design, and implementation of marketing campaigns, from concept to closing, gives Kris a distinct edge.

Kris has managed high-end luxury apartment community lease-ups and acquisitions honing her insight on all areas of real estate, from managing budgets to daily operations throughout Westchester, Connecticut, New Jersey, and New York City. 

Kris studied Business at Marymount College in Tarrytown, NY. She currently lives between NYC and Palm Beach County, FL. In her spare time, she loves exploring museums, restaurants, and architecture with her husband Zenon, and son Zen. She enjoys visiting her family in Putnam County as well as volunteering.

Born in San Francisco, Zen earned a Bachelor's in Political Science with a concentration in Economics and International Relations from Temple University. Today, he lives between NYC and Palm Beach County. In his free time, you can find him enjoying the outdoors with his wife Kris, son Zen.
